Our annual Champagne & sparkling wine edition of our popular ‘Libation Bible School’ series is back and bubblier than ever!

Learn about sparkling wine styles from around the world, when to save & when to splurge, the best glassware options to choose and how to select and use sparkling wine in your favorite seasonal cocktails. A few brave guests will also get to participate in a live Champagne sabering demonstration. 

Tickets for this Champagne class are $75 per person (gratuity included).

Each guest receives a welcome sparkling wine-based cocktail, a guided tasting of 6 world class wines (including at least 3 true Champagnes!), all paired with an assortment of fruit, cheese & charcuterie and patisseries.
